Returns
Most
merchandise purchased on-line through the CP-Products.com
internet site may be returned with its original
box, packaging, all manuals and accessories within
30 days from Product receipt by you or a party designated
by you to receive the Product. Returns for promotional
package items will only be accepted if all components
of the promotional package are returned. Individual
package components may be exchanged if defective.
There is a 25% restocking fee for the return of
non-defective products that are opened or in a non-factory
sealed box unless exchanged for that exact item.
For
any Product received that is not the Product ordered,
we will exchange the item at no additional cost
upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt
and/or packing slip) is required for all returns.
Before returning anything by mail to us, you first
must contact us either
through this online form, E-mail,
or by by the phone numbers listed at the bottom
of this page.
Please
note you will be responsible for all shipping and
insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise
indicated. If you choose not to insure your package,
you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
The purchase price (less any applicable open box
fees) will be credited to your credit card account
upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new
condition in conformity with this policy. Please
allow 14 days from when we accept your Product for
the processing of your credit. Additional charges
may be assessed for Products returned with any missing
parts and/or accessories. For Product that we verify
to be defective, we will pay freight in both directions
on any such merchandise exchanges and no open box
fees will be assessed.
